1 - 1 sessions offer many physical and emotional benefits.

1 - 1 Sessions

My one-to-one sessions are held in my studio in Olney, sessions last for an hour. 

Prior to your first session, I will ask you to fill in a form which we will go through on our first meeting. I will then take you through a series of movements to assess your body for balance, control , strength and stamina.

I will then make a programme for you which we work towards each week giving you new goals and targets. I will also record homework for to complete.

One-to-one sessions are a fusion of strength training and Pilates depending on what I see your body needs. I appreciate that our bodies are in different places each day so sometimes you might need a more gentle session than others and I will always accommodate this.
