About me

Welcome, I’m Georgia, a Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach.

I thoroughly love the benefits that fitness, health & well-being can bring to women. This is why I specialise in working to improve fitness for women of all ages.

To ensure I deliver effective, enjoyable bespoke fitness sessions to my female clients, I’ve gained many fitness qualifications throughout my career - all with the goal to bring versatility and educational solutions to improve my clients’ physical well-being.

These qualifications include an extensive range of supplementary health and fitness disciplines and help to ensure that together, we can greatly improve your confidence in your body’s strength, ability and aesthetics.

I love fitness and challenge my body in my own Pilates and strength training each week. I have 2 children and both have inherited my love of fitness.

My fitness journey

My own fitness journey has greatly inspired the fitness services that I currently offer, as I’ve had personal, physical and medical challenges to overcome.

I’ve undergone five abdominal surgeries, and following each surgery, I have planned and managed my own physical recovery. Having that first-hand experience has greatly inspired my career and defined my teaching style.

Throughout our life as women, our bodies constantly evolve and I love to train women of all ages and through any stage of their life.

If I’m not training, you’ll find me spending time with my family, gardening ,walking my dogs and I do love a podcast! Do still love a night out and if there is a dance floor I am a happy lady!
