Pelvic Health and Flow

Are things not working like they used to? Every woman has experienced pain or discomfort in their pelvis and there a many factors to this.

It's about connecting to your pelvis and all that lies within. I have had many challenges in this area of my body unfortunately so I'm able to connect and understand you!

I will work with you to build strength in this area looking to work on connections/coordination strength and awareness.  It's a whole-body experience of creating harmony through movement and strengthening. You will learn new moving patterns and be able to use them yourself at home. 

Pelvic dysfunction can show itself in many ways from the hypertonic (tight pelvic floor) to the weak pelvic floor with signs of stress or urge incontinence or prolapse. They could be experiencing pain in this area from the lower back and tightness. I also have connections to different people with experience in this field that I can signpost you and we can make a plan together.

This must be a global approach in the body so will be a programme we work with many movement patterns to get you stronger.
